Bar Mount - straddle vault with hand repulsion over low bar with
half turn to hang on low bar. "B"
High to Low bar element - From outer rear support on high bar,
underswing backward, (inverted pike swing) dislocate with flight
from high bar to feet on low bar. "B"
Please note that a mount can not be considered as a release and
catch on the same bar. To fulfil this requirement the gymnast
must be on the bar to start and finish the element.
